What is Connect?

Connect is the young adults ministry of Victory Christian Center. It is for people between the ages of 18 and 30, single or married, working or not, in school or out of school, with kids, without kids, or expecting! Very simply, it doesn't matter where you are in life, if you are hungry for more of God, thirsty for His presence, and enjoy hanging out with people your age, come to Connect!

What to Expect...

Come    ready to speak up! We believe    in    interaction
and participation as   much   as you believe in eating lunch
every day. Bring your bible, your brain, and be ready to
talk through God's Word.   Love to worship?   So do we!
We are passionate about worshiping    our   Lord. You
don't need a good voice, just   a joyful noise!

As you read this, God is moving on all of us

in Connect. Our hearts' flames burn brighter

these days, and we expect God to turn the

heat up. Something special is happening

that you don't want to miss. Please make

every effort to come and join us. Come

expecting God to shake us - to awaken us.

If you are dragging spiritually, then come.

Tired, then come. Overwhelmed, come.

As we gather together in unity devoting

ourselves to prayer, God WILL fill the house

with a rushing wind from heaven.

What is Next in Life??

We did a survey with the young adults here at Victory asking them to tell us what was at the top of their list. What is most on your mind? The big question that came from almost everyone was...What is next in life for me?

No doubt, this is a heavy question when you are between 18 and 30. It seems that there are so many uncertainties and changes. But you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. God has a plan for your life, and it's a good one! Throughout your life, the Holy Spirit gently pushes you toward God and the plan that He has for you. Some choose to follow His lead, and some choose to resist. God says in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Choose today to step into the wonderful plan that God has for you!
